What is Microblading?
Microblading is a temporary makeup tattoo technique designed to fill in sparse looking eyebrows. The process involves carefully reshaping the eyebrows by drawing on fine, thin, color-matching lines. These lines end up looking like natural individual hairs that are virtually impossible to spot unless hunting for them. The entire process is done using a fine, hand-held tool and is only wielded by professionals (such as the ones here at Laser Aesthetic) which means you can rest assured knowing that your eyebrows are going to look beautiful, natural, and most importantly symmetric.
The best part about microblading your eyebrows as opposed to permanent makeup is that the microblading process is only temporary. For most of our clients, your new brows will last on average from one to three years before needing to be touched up again. This is a great opportunity for our clients to try out a different look without needing to go through a painful and expensive tattoo removal process.
Eyebrow Microblading at Laser Aesthetic
At Laser Aesthetic, you can expect your appointment to be anywhere from an hour and a half to two hours long. The majority of this time will actually be spent chatting with you regarding what your expectations are, what look you are after (feel free to bring in photos!) as well as drawing out a draft of what your eyebrows will look like. It’s important that the microbladed eyebrows follow the natural browline so that facial expressions look equally as natural. Keep in mind that the cost of eyebrow microblading will be more than heading to your local drugstore and picking up an eyebrow pencil — but the results are worth every penny, especially considering how long they last.
